Before making a final purchase, clients are encouraged to take artwork "On Approval". We require a major credit card for "Authorization Only". Upon the client's approval, the transaction is finalized. Otherwise, the item is returned and the "Authorization" on the credit card becomes null and void. Layaway We offer a convenient ninety-day layaway program. Thirty- percent down will hold your purchase and monthly payments are required. Please Note Artist pricing is not shown because it is subject to change at any time. Each piece is handmade and unique photos shown are representative examples of the artist's work. Payment Options We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards, cash, personal checks and traveler's checks. Return Policy Item(s) may be returned within thirty days for "in-house" credit (excluding shipping charges). This credit may be used toward future purchases in either gallery or from our web site. Returned items must be in original, undamaged condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance. Sale items, custom and special orders may not be returned. Earthenworks Gallery and its artists guarantee all purchases. Any defective item(s) may be returned for repair or replacement within one year of purchase, at management's discretion. GIFTS Gifts and Gift Certificates Please come in or phone our staff for gift suggestions. For your convenience, we will gift-wrap your purchase, enclose a gift-card, and arrange shipping. Gift certificates are also available in the dollar amount of your choice. Corporate Gifts Earthenworks Gallery is an excellent choice for quality executive and corporate gifts. Your business associates will appreciate receiving unique, handcrafted gifts that are made in America. SHIPPING World-wide Insured Shipping We ship most items by UPS ground. Overnight, Second-Day and Three-Day delivery are other options. The charge for packing and shipping is calculated on criteria such as weight, size, fragility, price of item, and type of shipping requested. Packing and shipping for oversized items is also available. Please request an estimate. SPECIAL SERVICES It is our pleasure to assist you in making a purchase from Earthenworks Gallery. We provide these additional services: Art Consultation Within our delivery area we will bring a selection of artwork to your home or office for your consideration. Our assistance in selecting unique pieces of art, or coordinating entire artwork collections for you is complimentary. Customized Commissions and Special Orders Commissions and/or special orders are always welcome. Paintings, sculptures, jewelry and hand crafted items are designed and made exclusively for you. Outstanding architectural details, such as entry doors, doorknobs, glass tiles, outdoor sculptures and water features may also be designed for your home. A deposit of fifty-percent is required on all commissioned work and/or special orders. Delivery and Installation Please inquire about complimentary delivery and installation on major purchases. Artists' Biographies Biographies of most artists are available. We enclose a biography or information on process, technique, and/or care with each purchase, if possible. |
