Glasslight 

Using the time-honored profession of Venetian glassblowers, Joel Bless and his wife Candace Luke-Bless blend the romance of lighting into the functional framework of their pieces. Graduates of the School of American Craftsmen at the Rochester Institute of Technology, Joel and Candice began their business in 1982 and incorporated under the name, Glasslight. Their full time commitment to the craft was rewarded when Lloyd Herman of the Smithsonian's Renwick gallery chose a Glasslight lamp to travel in the show, Art That Works: Decorative arts of the 90's Crafted in America". A Glasslight lamp is truly a welcome addition to any home and will be treasured for many lifetimes to come.
