"It is through twenty years of working with glass that I have gained an understanding of the dialogue that is established betwen the artist and material.  A lapse of concentration can ruin a piece, but a controlled flick of the wrist or a light breath through the blowpipe can give the piece a subtile curve or movement that makes the piece extraordinary", says Mark Rosenbaum of Rosetree Glass.  Mark goes on to say that glassblowing is like a dance with the artist moving  with respect for and to a willing partner.  The sheer poetry with which Rosenbaum approaches the blowpipe gives a window into his passion for his art.
